CM@Risk 91st Avenue WWTP UP01 Expansion Completion 
This CM@Risk project for the City of Phoenix is another in a series of expansions to increase capacity to 179.25 mgd and unify plant operations. Work performed by CSW Contractors, Inc. includes the installation of many different sizes and types of pipe in a complex and extremely busy environment, for a variety of project owners through the life of the project.
CM@Risk Butler Off Site Piping 
Work on this CM@Risk project for the City of Peoria was perfomed as a subcontractor. CSW installed more than 48,000 LF of off site piping including 36" SS from the pump station to the plant and 30" RW from the plan to NAUSP.
CM@Risk 91st Ave. UP05 Expansion A and B 
CSW perfomed work on these CM@Risk projects as a subcontractor to two general contractors. Our knowledge of the CM@Risk process coupled with our expertise with scheduling and yard pipe installation made us an integral partner in the planning and scheduling of these complex projects.
Agua Viva WTP Final Phase 
This project for the City of Yuma was performed as a subcontractor. In addition to excavation and significant pipe installation, CSW placed ABC and performed asphalt concrete paving.
CM@Risk Glendale West Area WRF Expansion 
This CM@Risk project expanded the City of Glendale's West Area Water Reclamation Facility capacity from 4.3 million gallons to 10 million gallons of waste water per day.
CM@Risk Chandler WTF Phase I and II 
This CM@Risk project for the City of Chandler required many services in its completion.
CM@Risk AVRA Valley WWTF BNROD Expansion 
CSW performed a variety of services as a subcontractor on this project, including the installation of 15,000 LF of yard pipe in various sizes.
