Site Work - Projects
Cardinals Stadium Storm Drain 
Our work on this high profile project was performed as a subcontractor for Hunt Construction. In this role we installed more than 1,400 LF of 15" to 48" RCP pipe and more than 15,000 LF of 12" to 48" HDPE pipe. We also built several concrete headwalls and provided other miscellaneous on-site utility work.
CM@Risk Consolidated Rental Car Center 
This CM@Risk project at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport was completed as to prepare the site for the new rental car center at the airport.
Phoenix Convention Center 
This high profile project for the City of Phoenix required subgrade preparation, ABC placement and asphalt paving, and utility installation.
Banner Gateway Medical Center 
Work on this major regional medical center was performed as a subcontractor to McCarthy. This project involved mass excavation, fine grading and structural excavation and backfill.
Higley High School 
CSW performed all site excavation and preparation, asphalt paving and utility installation for this new high school in the Southeast Valley.
Pinal County Call Center 
This project for the Salt River Project (SRP) involves the preparation of a call center site. In addition to subgrade preparation and earthwork, CSW installed on-site and off-site utilities and water and sewer systems.
