Since our very first project paving Guadalupe Road in Phoenix in 1982, CSW has paved the way in the Valley of the Sun. From traditional cement-based asphalt paving to rubberized asphalt paving we have performed successfully providing asphalt concrete paving on many projects spanning several markets. 

In addition to owning our own paver, CSW maintains an in-house traffic control team that consistently saves our clients time and money by designing and implementing efficient traffic control plans. Our recent work improving Ellsworth Road was recognized with a partnering excellence award acknowledging our ability to work successfully with project stakeholders and the impacted public on paving projects.
