Robert’s progression through the construction industry from his start as an equipment operator in Iowa to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shareholder of CSW is indicative of CSW’s commitment to developing employees. In accumulating 20+ years of hands-on construction experience in a variety of roles, Robert is well-suited to directing CSW endeavors from the top down.
In 1993 Robert left the seasonal market in Iowa for year-round work in Arizona. He then founded R.J. Meyers Company: A heavy civil construction firm providing concrete construction, asphalt paving, and underground utility work with a concentration on mass excavation projects.
In May of 2000 Robert brought the mass excavation expertise of R.J. Meyers Company to CSW as a Vice President and shareholder, initially responsible for managing subdivision and landfill construction. In 2007 Robert redirected his focus to CSW’s estimating and procurement departments where he was at the forefront of driving business development and securing alternate delivery method work. Robert’s success was rewarded with his appointment as CEO of CSW in September 2010.
Robert is a LEED Accredited Professional and member of the Associated General Contractors and Alliance for Construction Excellence, and is involved in shaping contracting policy. He has also donated his time to CSW’s educational outreach program as an instructor for the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
Warren began his construction career providing traffic control and underground shoring services to Arizona’s general contractors. He joined CSW in 1997 bringing his meticulous administrative and safety acumen to CSW’s operations. Warren acquired ownership interest in CSW in 1998 and has since applied his professional detail-oriented approach to helping CSW stay ahead of developments in today’s heavy highway civil construction through training and personnel development.
Much of Warren’s time is spent with CSW’s Industrial, Street and Road, Aviation and Site Work core markets, where he has helped CSW become a top performer in these areas. Warren has directed our work on many high profile major projects across several segments, developing a safety culture in the process that has provided industry-leading results. In addition to being a regular fixture in the national “Who’s Who in Construction” lists, Warren is a member of many national and local organizations helping to advance CSW and the civil construction industry in general.
Serving as CSW’s Vice President, Rob is responsible for managing the daily maintenance and distribution of millions of dollars of heavy equipment at our Maintenance Facility located in Chandler. Rob joined CSW in 1991 after accumulating 11 years of construction experience in a variety of roles. He became a company shareholder in 2000 and has since managed the restructuring of CSW’s equipment allocation to meet the growing needs of our company as we expand into multiple states. Rob’s hands-on approach to working with our technicians keeps our current fleet of over 350 vehicles and pieces of equipment operating with maximum efficiency.

Another CSW “ground-up” success story, Frank grew up in a construction family and worked summers in high school and college as a laborer, operator, ironworker, and pipe fitter. Frank's 36-year career in the industrial marketplace includes work with water and waste water treatment plants, the pulp and paper industry, energy refineries, power plants, and large commercial mechanical structures.
Prior to joining the CSW team Frank was the President and owner of a successful industrial contractor in Pennsylvania that he sold in 2003, and Senior Vice President and Business Unit Leader for an Infrastructure group with focus on large treatment plants ranging from $35M to $300M in value.
Frank’s role at CSW includes helping the Industrial, Street and Roads, Aviation, and Sitework core markets develop strategic opportunities for growth and diversity. With Frank’s help CSW has grown substantially and is well-positioned to continue doing so.
